A Cynic's Winter Tale

When it comes to winter, I have a painfully impractical and almost sarcastic approach to dressing warm.  As the temperature drops and seasons change, so too do I crave for the warmth of spring. The weather was fine (debatable) during the day and as dusk approached it started to snow for the first time since my first year here in Leicester. Thankfully, we've managed to get these shots before the sky started to change (and everyone's mood).
with Nina looking extra pretentious

stay warm,

    1. super flattered :)) I don't usually tell people what to or what not to wear because I myself am not immune to making less-than-great fashion decision. The cliche is to never follow trends and wear what you know looks good on your body/height (this matters so much!).. other than that Pinterest is my playground for inspirations :)

    1. thank you for making my day :) I have a penchant for prints and textures so me & mix-matching the unconventional go way back. Honestly, it really depends how nicely structured the clothes fit on your body. Secondly, I'm a geek when it comes to experimenting clothes because I don't really own that many. I share a wardrobe with Iqah whose taste is more edgy and rough whilst mine is very feminine so it gives me a reason to play around with colours and textures. There's nothing wrong and unpleasant with layering prints over prints in my book hehe
