Salut! Je me'nnuie which is why I'm firing up my Sunday by blogging (harhar) and potato couch-ing. Babah would be so proud. I'm currently checking out Marchesa for my wedding dress. JOKING.

Officially 16 years and 2 days old.

What did I do to celebrate? I decided to take pictures of shoes outdoors. Not sad at all. So recently I  heard of Amy Allen and her book called "This Little Piggy Went To Prada" which is filled with classic nursery rhymes with a thoroughly charming spin. Here's my favourite take on I had a little nut tree:

I had a little shoe tree,

nothing would bear but Manolo Blahniks and vintage Taittinger,

The Queen of Style, Ms. Wintour came to see me

and wrote a piece of Vogue about my little shoe tree.

Sequins

If you've watched the original Wizard of Oz film you must have remembered the sparkly ruby slippers that Dorothy had on hers. The pair in which the 'Wicked witch of the west' had longed to lay her hands on.

Just like the witch, I too have a craze on oohh-so-shiny shoes. And maybe other shiny & sparkly things as well :)

A play of colours
